SECTION 1 – SHIPPING POLICY

Please contact us if you have any questions or problems with your order. Due to the nature of certain items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns. Once your order has been processed, we do not accept cancellations.

 

The following items can not be returned or exchanged:

 

  • Custom products and orders

  • Live plants and flowers

  • Items on sale

SECTION 2 – CONDITION OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
